What is NOT 'what if' is the part of quantum physics that resulted in the splitting of the atom.
The Japanese WISH Einstein was wrong about THAT.
And of course your cell phone works, your microwave works, your MRI works and your smart phones become ever smarter because Einstein was right about the physics that led to all of that.
Who cares if he was wrong about the speed of light, particularly if you can't keep up with what he got right? LOL!
