Alternative Fuel Technologies. Inc. Dissolved in 2015 by widow who held 70% of voting shares.
2015 - Charter terminated by Michigan Secretary Of State
2015 - Charter revoked by Nevada Secretary Of State.

The CEO died of cancer in 2013 and his widow hid his death for more than 6 months
CEO’s death was accidentally discovered in a neighborhood weekly flyer by shareholder
AFT lost all of its Government contracts in 2013 which were all SBIA experimental R&D
AFT has never owned any patents...now or in the past, per the U.S. Patent Office.
AFT has no current affiliation with DME or DME Organizations
In 2015, the widow voted to dissolve the Company (she owned 70+% voting shares)
In 2015, the widow sold everything at liquidation auction 2015 liquidation auction
The widow sold the building she owned, which was rented by AFT
The website has been taken down and the Domain is for sale
The widow has refused to talk to the many people who have tried to work with her in a variety of ways, including buyout, partnership, R/M ……
It is a clean shell, but she will not talk to anyone. She doesn’t need the money.
Her home address is 1350 BUCKINGHAM, GROSSE POINTE PARK, Michigan 48230 (nice shack).

I have owned 25+ MM shares for years. The only way this is going to go up and stay up, is by an unlikely reverse merger, not by hype and a temporary small run up.
