The interpretation was under the discussion of a delinquent filer catching up to re-list, and was not a response to wiping things clean and starting over. The "current with an asterisk" comment (im going to be a brief as possible, otherwise we will need some beers to discuss the finer points) is that they are current from the standpoint of being able to relist, but they are not technically current, which would prevent them from future share offerings and things like that (until they became truly current).
Management as said they are not going to wipe the slate clean and start over, and I think we have reason to believe them.
