Might want to re-think that..... The average in

The average internet speed for people, worldwide I believe is 6mps.
The average US speed is about 25 mps, barely enough for the most of the other providers to deliver 4K with HDR properly.
The majority of people in the world don't have the internet speed to stream 4K right now, from current providers, and won't for awhile...
Also, bandwidth usage costs money. The more used, the high the cost to providers.
It's also about infrastructure to deliver that speed on a consistent basis. We don't have it.
It is far, far from a non-issue. It will be a consideration for years.
Comcast makes tons of money from the bandwidth it provides to the people delivering the movies.
The time frame for delivering UF 3.0 has no relevance to the situation, unless it is delayed by multiple years, which I'm pretty sure is not going to be the case.
