It's my belief that 4k Studios has had a very early start converting content to UHD and Ultraflix will ultimately act as an OEM to other providers for both content conversion and delivery.
We may even see the same content slightly cheaper on Ultraflix. If so, I'm sure there will be a couple of users who identify the OEM relationship when they compare content side by side.
