You have a vested interest in the stock. I don't know about you, but I am recently retired, so I do not want to get involved and as my retirement proceeds, my industry knowledge level will decline.
But here's one to think about. I predict that J&J will file their final Motion papers on the 18th. That's next Monday. I fully expect J&J to turn that process into one big message board post. They will trash Mr. Berman, they will trash the company, they will call the company's products unsafe. It will be a full scale nuclear sh*t storm. But J&J will have multiple targets in mind when they file those papers Monday. Their other target will be the U.S. FDA. They have done this before, they will do it again. They know they have already lost the legal motion. And in my opinion and the opinion of Mr. Sensitivity, they have lost that Motion badly and totally. It will be uphill in court from now on for J&J.
But the FDA will have cause to investigate. They will swarm the company's offices. They might send out a warning letter based solely on J&J's allegations. Now if Mr. Berman were there, he would fight the FDA and fight as dirty as he possibly could, because I know the guy. When his sensibilities are offended he doesn't play pattycake.
But if he says screw it, who is going to take on this fight? Who has the skills or qualifications to go to battle with the FDA in about two weeks. A penny stock trader? A message board poster stuck in the stock at higher levels. A group of message board posters? Billy?
To all the people who think share price is everything and Mr. Berman should be immediately replaced, you all might all get a first hand lesson on the topics of collateral damages.
