I don't know if this is your first penny stock, but the " silence to protect our secrets " thing is used to justify screwing the shareholders WAY more than to protect the phantoms out to get the company. Come on, man a shareholder letter is not going to give away secrets, if anything it will bring in new investors. We don't want their code or process secrets we want updates in promises already given.
