When you get frustrated or upset with the current situation, people seem to forget that:
1. Financing is in place, probably why your not seeing dilution....
2. There are factors beyond the companies control that are most likely contributing to the lack of news. From whats been said, there are a lot of pieces to this puzzle that have to fit together. They may not be able to say anything due to NDA's and the lot. Who knows for sure.
3. As others have said, this company has been under attack for years, pretending to be shareholders, getting information and then going out and harassing customers to the point where they don't want to do business with you..
If I was them, I wouldn't say S&%T until things were stable to a point where no amount of negative rhetoric and attacks could change the situation.
4. The people who work at NTEK have their heads on the block right along with the shareholders.
If they were out to screw shareholders, they'd be screwing themselves, mainly because they are shareholders as well.
I've seen worse. I've seen companies refuse to communicate with shareholders at all because they become down right abusive to the company and distracting them from what they need to to to make their company successful.
You talk crap to someone, do you expect them to talk nicely back to you ? In some places they would shoot you...
