Jerry has tons of stock and sold control to Mrs Li for the purpose of Entry into China and the surrounding countries. Her title is VP. The idea was to merge her existing business in China with RMHB products and introduce a new plum drink. The introduction of Gerry David and Kevin Harrington was to use their influence to enhance the image of RMHB and provide additional capital to increase its exposure and greater profits. This turned out not to be the case and we are now in a corrective phase. China and the far east will become a huge market for RMHB products and will include Water, which is in dire need. Mrs Li seeks to expand the presents of the company on a higher trading forum in time and this will propel the company into world wide recognition. I don't know the reasoning behind Gerry Davids reverse but it doesn't fit with the plan Mrs Li and the Jerry Grisaffi plan.
