Gary, maybe we are reading the 8-K differently. I paid particular attention to the safety trial reference. I interpret "we are actively conducting a safety study (FDA Phase 1 equivalent) in one of the biggest academic hospitals in Israel." as meaning they are in the midst of doing the study. The key words here are "actively conducting", if they were still in the process of enrolling volunteers they would have said "we are about to conduct" a safety study.
