Still think this is a Venture Capital funding set up play that is in it's Very Early stages. Wait for the funding announcement and then within 1-3 months there will be a significant run supported by steady news releases.

The question is at what level will the price be when the run starts, I will have to wait and see and monitor the price and volume action for good reward vs. risk entries.
