What was the purpose of P interim analysis in the first place? In the past, Leo has stated interim analysis would be used for B-OM and if things looked good he would proceed with B-UP. Also, I would think interim analysis could be used to decide to speed up the trial to get things over with sooner. Since the P enrollment went slower than expected and the trial is fully enrolled, maybe it doesn't make sense to get interim analysis...
If you wanted to partner P, wouldn't you want your confidence intervals as tight as possible?
Is there any rational reason for interim analysis at this point from a trial perspective?
