Track record for both is success.
Day to day involvement as directors is what they
are backing off of.
Letting their strengths and talents be used to the fullest while further developing and using their business connections.
They don't need to be involved in day to day RMHB operations.
They are involved in many business areas that take up their time.
Remember everything they are involved with---- including RMHB--
is for the money payoff!
Both Gerry and Kevin REMAINING with RMHB as consultants.
ANY company would love to have these two as consultants.
RMHB has them.
Nothing has really changed.They were both brought onboard to tell and show RMHB what to do to be more successful while also using their contacts to make RMHB a better company.
That has not changed.

If I were a baseball team president/director I sure don't need to to be involved in the day to day small stuff running of the team.
I'm here for important phone calls and meetings with my contacts both local and country/world wide to benefit the org/team.
Let me do my thing.
Don't bother me with how many parking attendants called in sick or if a hot dog seller quit or if a striping company ran out of paint while repainting parking space lines or if someone had a pen run out of ink.
