Nothing fishy... keep in mind that Kevin Harrington and Gerry David came in as a package. Gerry is 65yrs old and on several Board of Directors for several companies and RMHB was taking up way to much of his time which is understandable why he wants to only be a consultant and not a Board Member. Gerry and Kevin give up positions, salaries and probably some stock options but by no means are they walking away from RMHB. It is what it is and some of us will continue to move forward and some will move on which is totally understandable. The focus for RMHB has not changed and they will continue on the path needed to get where the company needs to be.
