Matty, yes, I offered to help without compensation within my industry experiences. If there is a rule against a BOD owning stock in the company they serve on then my offer would be inappropriate. My offer was to help ALL shareholders including myself.
I have since rescinded my offer to Mr. Berman as I thought it inappropriate that someone at DECN shared this information with you and you published online. I will consult with counsel; however, although it may not be illegal, it was inappropriate by DECN and you. I do not want to be part of an organization that behaves in this manner. Maybe your time playing hockey landed you one too many hits in the head.
Maybe it is time for you to lay off the personal attacks?
