The Rocky Mountain High Board is very time consuming from an administrative and corporate governance standpoint. My time, and Kevin Harrington’s, is best spent in our area of expertise, which includes focusing on strategic, operational and marketing issues and leveraging our relationships for the benefit of the Company to help it grow."
