Excellent post, my sentiments, exactly.
IMO the elusive 10K would really hit the spot for interested investors right now!
Major investment cannot happen until the company provides total transparency and verified financials, not to mention there is an issue of the quality of the stock remaining on the pink sheets exchange. I think its clear that on the business side, management is delivering big time as regards product placement, line of products (quality of product and size of inventory), marketing and exposure, however, on the corporate side there is obvious weakness as regards the lack of transparency, dilution and failure to uplist allegedly after almost a half a year of efforts. Where is the audited 10K??
No doubt though that the potential is HUGE and I think it is rather bullish how the CEO has transformed this pinky into a real company along with Cheryl who has built amazing brand recognition and continues to amaze with massive marketing skills. I feel like as soon as the audit comes through, the 10K is filed with the SEC and the stock is trading on the OTCBB, the sky is the limit for RFMK.
On another note, did anyone notice on the behind the scenes Ricki Lake video posted that the EDIBLES had a label on them with "Cannabis Club" wording?!!! Look at the 15 min mark on the video on youtube. I think this is new, unless I have missed something for a very long time, I think this is new news!! It looks to me like MCM is going to be selling edibles as well as the HauteVape line of vaporizers!! This is HUGE!
