Correct, I am not complaining but rather making a statement. DECN has a lot going for it (125% due to the leadership of Mr. Berman); however, maybe additional or specific talent should be brought in to bring the ball to the goal .... Maybe the significant success we all want is around the corner, maybe it is not, maybe it needs a little help?
