and the sheer number that hit this board 2 years ago (and one escaped nut
rather more recently)
bot posts were specific in nature and done to shut this board down
it too was an epic fail ... it's all about control .. and the reality is
it isn't done because actual P2O investors have *sold* as is claimed by some
if that was the case .. the hiring committee wouldn't be expending so much by way of efforts .. including the reactivation of some *early* players (2009)
quite the opposite as we have previously discussed
btw i have never not acknowledged your issues with mgmt .. there isn't much
any retail investor can do .. they can email RH daily if so inclined .. they can
sell all their PTOI stock .. take the loss and find another less risky and time
consuming investment .. they can hold their shares .. and vent here and there
daily .. which seems to be the case for some .. or they can add PTOI *shares*
.. which based on the always declining annual volume .. indicates little selling and little buying by anyone ..
so the impasse remains until it doesn't
i suppose retail could try and find some shares to short and go that route
but remember it's not *dollar amount* it's a share for a share .. something that seems to elude some
i know of one retail investor who asked me to let him know when the next 8K is filed or PTOI breaks into the triple zeros
whichever comes first ..
intent is to buy $10,000.00 worth of PTOI shares .. i'm passing this along in case anyone actually wants to sell
there will be at least one buyer .. and rest assured tape of trades will be documented ..
as for P2O's mgmt .. maybe you can interact with those you speak with and
gather their input re: suggestions as to what they'd be willing to undertake
because nothing has changed re: this topic since we last discussed this .. last week

They botted me once. Some "boots n the ground" crap if I remember.
Assholes will be assholes.
I care about NOTHING except the share price. And, imo, the CEO has an obligation and direct responsibility to shareholders to increase the value of their investment.
Fiduciary duty.
It's inexcusable that he hasn't hired an expert in the industry to pursue a sale. To have a full time cfo at this point is absolutely insane. At least some of that salary could be put toward someone who could dedicate his time solely to advancing the business.
Again, if the tech is what has been claimed, shouldn't be hard to find the right individual to move it forward.
Nearly $400,000 spent on salaries this year. Can anyone really tell me, and believe, anyone has earned and deserved it??
