Originally spoke to him very briefly Friday, and was waiting for the answer about ACCESSWIRE.
Q Are you speaking to other EUROPEAN AUTOMAKERS besides BMW?
A Yes, 2 others. Announcement should come next week.
Q News on Friday/Sat did not show on broker platforms. Why?
A MARKETWIRED merged with ACCESSWIRE. There must be some hiccups. I will call them.
Q Are you still planning on AUDITING our FINS? Are you looking to uplist to QB after?
A Yes to both. 2017 will get audited, and QB uplist will come if we satisfy the exchange requirements.
Q Any update on the MANUFACTURING FACILITIES?
A Should be closing BOTH - NON DILUTIVE transactions in the next 30 days. I am 13 hours behind ASIA on this trip, and that makes things take longer.
Q How did you find COGOSENSE?
A Introduced through a business contact I have in Atlanta.
Q Will staff stay on with us?
A Yes
Q Will FLEET SAFER be a big part of our future?
A FLEET SAFER will likely be the biggest DIVISION...FLEET SAFER income is RECURRING INCOME which is a DREAM for any company. FLEETS typically are anywhere from 100-2500 cars or more per fleet.

A Big announcment on the 5th part of HEXAGON should also be coming this week. ALSO In discussions to acquire a PUBLICALLY TRADED MJ COMPANY with NON DILUTIVE FINANCING....
