Thanks Alan, had me confused there because the replies "over there" screwed me up. I saw that yesterday. Yes, it would tail to the shelf. My guess is, all is in order to "go it alone" if need be. Agree it's good to be prepared but I do hope that they let final data, not just top line come out unless BP dives in on top line, before Leo makes an offering that could potentially be toxic.
