A poster on the other board was implying it had something to do with a deal as when Celgene bought Wyeth(?) they used an indenture. They also asked if this was published by mistake and that it may have been wanted to be kept secret.
Not going to make anything out of it yet, just interesting that there is a lot of talk swirling about regarding possible deals in the works, but then we all knew that was occurring long before now.
