You beat me to it. The guy thinks he's immune to the law. It seems to me that his complaints are primarily directed at Barry, who is no longer involved with the company. So it is mind boggling why this guy, who isn't a shareholder anymore but used to be one, is bashing USGlobal. Sounds like he needs to stop slandering USGlobal and start thinking about the consequences of his actions.
