Bad choice of words, 'seems'. Reasonable people can draw reasonable inferences from words actually used, as in between the quote signs surrounding what the big man actually stated below.
('Actually stated' is a working definition for 'quotes'.)
Reasonable, scientifically literate people also know the difference in meaning between the words 'evidence' and 'agenda'.
Trump and his apologists don't make the cut. Not for reading comprehension, nor for word definition, nor for sciency shit.
Let me ask you something. Have you considered copywriting and marketing some kind of software or algorithm called 'Buffoon Defender'?
