Farrell is a poster I highly respect on IHUB. The following post, remarking on the shares given AB and JH, may be an indication that some really good things are coming?

What could be the rational for the bonus? As Amateur pointed out it is not because of the share price.
The quality of the PRs and presentations have improved. Bertolino seems to have focused the companies direction around Prurisol and Brilacidin for OM and UP. It seems certain the company appreciates his expertise.
Unexpected bonuses are usually given for exemplary achievements which is not apparent at this date.
My guess and bet is we will have to look to the future to understand the bonus. Hopefully the reason will be apparent in a couple of weeks with the Prurisol 2b interim report.
