I'm pretty dure that's Ahmed Sharaf (Xband Enterprises). He did give us some insight (and confirmation) as to his relationship with IBM, Intel, etc. and EndpointLock, ProtectID and Cygate:

I'm sure this applies to ProtectID and Cygate as well.
