The Aspire deal from what I understand is basically null if the share price goes over $5. If thats right and they actually need to take money we may see a an 8K about the excercise just prior to any momentous news. Otherwise they would or could price themselves right out of the financing.

This thing will blow up to the sky if we have tumor shrinkage!!

I also am still of the mindet that they have a partner lined up for Prurisol and that the Proof of Concept study (which is quick and cheaper to do) will give them the data they need to get this partner on board. I am still waiting for the patent app to be available for publkic viewing!
