So the shareholders were just hit with another half a billion of dilution and that is supposed to be a great thing. Now they only have to wait until the OS hits 10 billion and then everything will be fantastic.
The whole reconstruction theme has been complete BS. Nothing has come from it. No bearings, no SLAs, no EIAs, no MRVB revenues recorded so far, and the share structure has been completely blown up. Company and IR was talking about stock buybacks all of 2016 and into 2017 while they were taking out more toxic loans. James was flat out lying to shareholders when talking about his OS target and guaranteed revenues during the conference call. Their twitter feed was flat out lying about the whole PPS target.
Once again, the company has gone silent while a 10Q is coming up. Where is dollar number one from any of the activities above? Will the company finally realize a viable revenue stream in the e-transport segment after all the failed starts and delays? This board has chased off anyone asking questions and trying to get those in charge to take responsibility. This became long ago just another OTC stinkshow with nothing but empty promises, misrepresentation, pumping, and dumping. In the meantime, IR lackies are waving the victory sign amidst the rubble. Would be rather amusing if it wasn't so blatantly deceitful.
