Hey Sox,
I'm doing my best to understand Art's Form 4. To understand it correctly, I went back to the Form 5 (8/8/17).
From there, Art's disposed of 262,080, which brought his total down to 804,507.
With this new Form 4, I see: Acquired 1,066,667 (then add 804,507 from the From 5), which bring his total shares up to 1,871,254.
Next I see he was granted options of 617,839, which vest over the next 2 years.
The way I read this: He did NOT exercise his options on the 617,839, but must have exercised some other options (maybe options from when he was hired) or been given stock by the company.
I'm specifically curious about the 1,066,667...were these exercised options?
PS - this is not necessarily only out to Sox, if anyone else can chime in I would appreciate it.
