$INVT *MUST READ* This is so much bigger than I originally thought.
This is from the CEO in a PR in May:
"We are excited with the prospect of sharing in future net monetization revenues from the patents held by INVT SPE LLC. This revenue share, our significantly reduced cash burn rate, and the opportunities for our Inventergy Innovations business will enable us to increase value for our stockholders."
In connection with the restructuring, Inventergy assigned its 740 telecommunications patents to INVT SPE LLC, managed by Fortress Investment Group LLC.
Fortress Investment Group LLC (NYSE: “FIG”) is a leading, highly diversified global investment manager with $72.4 billion(1,2) of assets under management as of June 30, 2017.
Now this is from a PR in October stating the current worth of INVT's share of this IP portfolio known now as INVT SPE:
"As part of the debt restructuring, we obtained a third party independent valuation of Inventergy's ownership interest in INVT SPE. That valuation determined that our ownership interest had a net present value of approximately $43 million"
So right now INVT's share alone of just INVT SPE is worth $43 mil. but these are just some of the cases that are in court right now and it seems like Fortress and INVT SPE are favored to win them all:

So with a market cap of only 1.6 million and a IP portfolio currently worth 43 mil. along with it's other business this is already a 10 bagger++. But if they win just one of these Patent Cases we are talking a 100 bagger+.
