BMIC is gone (for now) which is positive and VNDM has been very controlled (for now) in where they are selling (diluting). My understanding was there was no toxic shares remaining and the conversions are at market value so no discount and no incentive for rampant shorting to drive down to increase conversion amount. I though there was closer to 400MM left on AS. I also thought much of the remaining debt had a several year horizon giving him room to build revenues/profits to pay it down systematically.
Right now selling appear to be all retail. MMs can take advantage of the stop losses as they probably know what VNDM is holdng for sale at 3.
There would have been ZERO reason for them to buy 30 new trailers unless the business was there and immediate. Even turning over existing fleet - if the company was hemorrhaging cash - they would have limped with existing equipment or bought used. Thet keeps me grounded but I agree the debt picture needs to be cleared up.
