DNA's three largest shareholders as of September 1, 2017, have nominated the following members to the Shareholders' Nomination Committee:
- Tommi Aurejärvi, Finda Oy
- Seppo Vikström, PHP Holding Oy
- Esko Torsti, Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company
In addition, Pertti Korhonen, Chairman of DNA's Board of Directors, will serve as the Nomination Committee's expert member.
The Committee shall elect the chairman from amongst its members in its first constitutive meeting.
The Shareholders' Nomination Committee is tasked with the preparation of proposals for the General Meeting regarding Board members' election and compensation.
