POMPANO BEACH, Fla., Sept. 05, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Stonegate Bank (“Stonegate”) (Nasdaq: SGBK ) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share, payable on September 29, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2017. This dividend payment will be made without regard to whether the proposed merger of Stonegate with and into, Centennial Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Home BancShares, Inc. (“Home”) occurs prior to the payment date.
