the debt will continue to keep this down. if Gurba gets the switch to the preferred shares, it will start to move north a week or so after this gets verified. if he doesn't, this will see the teens again. He raised the A/S with the intention of using all of those shares, my biggest concern is will 900 million be enough to cover it? if the current SS can cover all the convertible debt then this will be profitable as soon as the dilution is done and we will see a great opportunity to load at the bottom. that's what i'm betting on right now. time will tell.
