I am not so inclined that we will rise significantly until we see two things - Audit results and proof of the cash position or something to the effect that they have raised the funding. That is the proof in the pudding so to speak. That is where they can validate that they have the means to complete the announced deal. I hate to harp on the audits, but they are so, important.... they still have delinquency markers everywhere... Otherwise, it can be viewed as just another pinky agreement that may or may not come to fruition... Back up the cash commitment, and there is no turning back....
