They have reasons for their timing that shareholders are not akin to, for whatever business reasons, be it NDA's or the like.....
This is standard practice with most companies.
The share price will reflect the companies true value at the proper time, when they demonstrate a consistent revenue stream and are moving towards profitability moving it beyond the manipulation, not just because a disgruntled shareholder wants the price to go higher and is trying to find other reasons why it isn't
The circumstances with NTEK are certainly not a reason to make unsubstantiated, absurd accusations and against the mods, especially ones that have been on this site for years, being consistently positive on the company and doing the job they are suppose to.....
No one can manipulate the share price except for the MM and their cronies for the sole purpose of making themselves money.
