Asking for some sort of news is "unreasonable"? I don't think so. Maybe within 2 weeks is, but soon isn't. We got a great post from Foley a few weeks ago with a screen shot of 3.0, not sure what is holding up the launch.
I do agree with you that this is the very beginning. I just don't want someone else to beat us to the punch. The 4mb technology will only stay proprietary for so long.
