It is great to see qubits being used for quantum
Post# of 22454
Please correct me if I am wrong, because I am not an expert in this area:
It seems to me that this area would not use "a lot" of quantum dots per computer. What I read only talks about individual quantum dots being used in these experiments. There also does not seem to be anything really special about the quantum dots needed, only that they produce photons which can be polarized. So I don't see that the volume needed would justify QMC asking for 'value added' participation over just the price of QD in a straight sale. So I see this as a niche market that anyone can fill, and not one that QMC would necessarily be interested in pursuing. Am I wrong? Dockzef?
