It's more likely that there is a side agreement between them that specifies a much higher selling price than the current price. If this were to be the case then Low will not be in any hurry to unload the 1.6 million+ shares at the current prices.
There could be other variations to this scenario, but there is no way that either Ziv or Low can be happy unloading shares at these low prices. It is in their interest now to promote the stock. A positive way of looking at this and ultimately a win-win for all of us!
