It's exciting to see the progress being made in each of the lawsuits. The first three are in the second year and entering the final push to trial. This is a very expensive phase. If you are going to be the loser, and I believe that all seven now realize they are going to lose, one has to add up the costs. When selecting a jury, That would include the costs of the court and both law firms for the jury selection, all experts needed to testify, all court costs thus far and to come, damages to StrikeForce's bottom line and (yea baby) triple damages for blatantly infringing on StrikeForce's patents!
In conclusion, we are at a point in time where many infringers decide to cut their loses and settle!
