Musing out load here but what if Epic or Epic investor sold off common to dilute Helo below 5%? Helo supposedly offered loan to ELTP at same terms as JT's loan. Also could have asked to be on the board?

on 12/14 at 20,000,000 shares he had 5.7% ownership. That implies 350,877,193 shares.

Today at 15,000,000 shares he had 3.9% ownership. That implies 384,615,385 shares.

So therefore 34,000,000 shares added?
