In my opinion, this is a very nice PR from RFMK. I think it is a rather smart way for the company to get some positive exposure, not to mention doing some real good in the process. It is rare when a company can align business goals with doing good for those in need. I think the Ricki Lake show should give Cheryl and RFMK (Vapor Inhaler products) a LOT of exposure. One statement that stood out for me was :
"The company has already received a several inquiries for large orders of vaporizers when news of the talk show appearance was announced on the official Ricki Lake website."
That sounds very good! Though the "a" should have been left out, in "...received a several inquiries...", hehe, but the "...large orders..." verbiage caught my attention!
I would like to remind the bashers and eternal negativists that most pink sheet stock companies do not even have a product. They typically do not have any sales or any way to even verify if any alleged product is out in the market really selling to consumers. For the few that actually have a real product and is available to purchase for any normal consumer, they tend to be difficult to acquire or not readily available. Now, consider RFMK. RFMK has a product and it is selling in the market and there have already been sales and the product line is readily available. The only factor missing in the equation for success to date, has been a certain level of exposure and marketing in order to usher in mega-sales. Well, IMO, the Ricki Lake show is a very nice catalyst for exposure. RFMK has the affiliate distributor network system in place and cannacig.com ads showing and clickable on the bravemykayla.com site and others. Once website traffic begins picking up, I think we will understand why the company made sure to have 10,000 or 20,000 or more units on hand in their inventory. Sales have the potential to be phenomenal.
The HauteVape line of vaporizers are in fact a particular brand of RFMK's technology, the "Vapor Inhaler". For the VI side of RFMK's business, the company acts as an ecig manufacturer. Sure the parts and actually made from a company in Hong Kong and the ordering and shipping systems are outsourced but that is for efficiency and lower costs to the company. The VI is RFMKs ecig design and HauteVape, the brand, is MCM's line of vaporizers, which is a wholly owned subsidiary (daughter company). Thus, when the public company, RFMK, reports on their financials and quarterly revenues, etc, I should think MCM's financials will be included as a part of the parent companys balance sheet; because MCM is wholly owned by the parent company, and so forth. Effectively, we, the shareholders not only own RFMK, we own MCM which owns the HauteVape line of products. This is not terribly difficult to understand, so IMO comments suggesting that RFMK will never see any revenues from any sales of the HauteVape line of products is just laughable and ludicrous. MCM is RFMK, its just another segment, another business under the parent company, RFMK, so whatever revenues MCM pulls in will feed RFMK as well, and on the downside, whatever costs are incurred by MCM will be a cost on RFMK. I consider this matter fully understood and closed.
RFMK is benefitting big time on the celebrity status of Cheryl Shuman and shareholders and the company owe Cheryl a big debt of grattitude. Cheryl is a hard worker and has the vision and intelligence to succeed. I think we are watching the beginning stages of a massive shift in the MMJ and vaporizer industry here with RFMK and MCM. I feel lucky to be a part of it. This is great news for RFMK and for us, the shareholders of whom own the company, as well as all of its existing and future daughter companies.
THANK YOU CHERYL SHUMAN!!
GO CHERYL!!!!
GO RFMK!!!
