Yes we are close to settlements. When the parties in a lawsuit get close to the part where a jury has to be selected, this is a huge expense. For StrikeForce and the Company they are suing it is a turning point. Ropes and Gray have already stated they are ready to go, but for the Company they are suing, they have to make a decision, do I spend the money to go to trial and pay the triple damages when I lose or cut my loses and settle now. Ropes and Gray have already stated that their defendant has ZERO chance of winning and the defendant has stalled as long as they could with as minimal amount of expenditure as possible.
