The problem with NTEK telling us that there is no partnership with Apple is that...
If there is no partnership with Apple, they are going to deny it.
If there is a partnership with Apple, they are going to deny it.
If there is no partnership with Apple, why would you bring it up in a conversation that had nothing to do with it.
If there is a partnership with Apple, and people start speculating on that partnership, it might make one of the party's or both nervous and cause them to make an attempt to quell the speculations.
I don't really think Apple has anything to do with the 21mil funding or whatever the 500mil fund is. We already know that UltraFlix is available on Apple products. It has already been discussed that UltraFlix will be an app on the new AppleTV. If the AppleTV makes a big splash then UltraFlix will get some of the waves.
