Nobody knows what the governor wanted to offer, he is not grandstanding, Yes, it was a tough call, Houston did not seem the be the main threat area until Friday. Again, the whole idea of the video is to help keep the liberal media from blaming Republicans for the disaster like they unfairly did Bush on Katrina. And they have not , yet, have they, like they did with Katrina.
