dw, the opening of the video was to get out what happened before the anti Republican media could start blaming Republicans(Trump and Abbot), like they did Bush for Katrina. Bush offed the governor of LA national guard troops 3 days in advance, and it takes that long to assemble them. She turned them down, then the liberal media blamed Bush for his poor response time.
Did you complain about the liberal media bringing in politics then? Did you complain that they lied? The whole video was to give Republicans ammo to help Trump and Abbot not get the same treatment.
And is it very political for Turner to not return calls to Abbot who has enormous support for Houston? Mayor Turner made this political by saying indirectly, stay away Republican, we don't want your help? Why not? If that was a Republican refusing help for a Democrat governor the liberal media would go nutso?
