How do you track it?????
I am sure it happened there and in many other places where rains spilled water in to sewage plants and flooded city systems.
You can't manage what you can't measure.
It's gonna happen but people won't connect the dots.
Trucks of produce heading to markets already drove right thru the shit and then delivered to northern markets.
Money is involved, throw good judgement out the window.
Happens every day.
