Share structures and ownership games lurk with danger to investors in the pinks, so I am glad to hear all of the negative information even if it is only half true.
My guess is the haters did get burned by Rich before. Bitterness at betrayal is a strong motivator. They may also be loading up here at the same time.
Christie's options at .001 are for common shares, not preferred. If they were preferred, I would have been waiving the red flag on that. But if we are in the same boat as Brinkley on the long side....this is not your average penny scam which many claim Rich pulled in his past.
In other words, if Rich is a rat either (i) Brinkley is also a rat or (ii) Rich has the balls to screw over a very powerful, well liked woman who has not taken a lot of shit in her career.
