Philips new TVs at IFA will be cadmium free. I couldn't find a source for them being cadmium free, but I confirmed with the MMD rep that was listed in this PR.

Now, who is the supplier? It's one of 3 possibilities from my knowledge of the industry: Samsung's Hansol, Nanoco, or QMC.
