Good luck trying to time CTIX based upon news predictions.
Anything can happen here, and there is the pre-clinical work already completed at University of Bologna and the research in progress at the Harvard Cancer Center, and academia tends to publish. They live by it.
There could be a competition to get the first Kevetrin results into a peer reviewed journal or a major industry presentation, or not.
And Cellceutix can certainly issue interim reports on the secondary efficacy outcome measures as this is an open label study and we've been getting regular updates on the primary outcome measures. So anything is possible.
Then there are additional trials and pre-clinical research either scheduled, planned, or being negotiated. Three, and potentially four major cancer centers, all with researchers eager to be the first to have their name attached to a potential break through cancer drug.
Plus the Prurisol trials and the kevetrin trials could have the bigger run-ups pretrial (buy the rumour sell the news) or a cumulative run-up. Impossible to say. And any one big player, group, or hedge fund could come on board and change the share price with their buys. Or the media could take notice.
Trying to time the markets, especially on a news basis can end in tears. Personally I like to have a full boat and be in the flow of opportunity, rather than guess at the unknowable, because I'd hate to be chasing or miss out entirely.
But to each his own trading plan, and I wouldn't want to influence anyone, just sharing my own views.
